Terms and Conditions
- A Non-Refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure date and time for Photo-shoots. Deposit should be made on the date of booking or within 3 days after booking. Under no circumstance is the deposit amount refundable
- We DO NOT PROVIDE UNEDITED PHOTOS. If you wish to pay for additional photos you can select that option when booking on the extra page
- Under any circumstances, if you wish to reschedule a fee of $4500 is required
- Once a package is booked and deposit is paid you have 24 hours to change the package if you wish to go with a lower package than what was selected or cancel, in any case, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If you have any emergency or need to reschedule, you have to reschedule within a month’s time from the original shoot date. After a month if you do not contact us to reschedule then your booking is automatically cancelled and you would need to rebook. In this case the deposit paid would no longer be valid and cannot be transferred to new booking
- We the photographers are not responsible if you are late, baby is crying or any other circumstances where you are unable to get the amount of photos outlined or time outlined for the package your select
- In this case directly above (Bullet 4) if we are unable to get any photos of the baby on the date of the shoot of the shoot, you can reschedule however it will be at a cost given by the photographer on the day given the situation.
- A late fee of $2500 is applied to your cost for every 30 minutes late and if our schedule allows for you to get the full time for your session (Please note if our schedule allows you to get full time you would be required to pay $2500 for every 30 minutes you get)
- If you are late for more than 1 hour, depending on the availability the photo-shoot will be rescheduled and you will be required to pay an additional fee of $4500 to reschedule
- Turnaround time for photos is 15 business excluding mondays, holidays as well as any scheduled time off, we will make clients aware of. This timeframe can also be affected if there is a natural disaster that is out of our control
- Please ensure to book in advance for birthdays/events to ensure you get your photos on time (This does not apply for weddings)
- Travel Cost and location Fees may apply to outdoor Photo-shoots
- If you would like to book a private session where photos aren’t shared on social media or used for promotions, you would need to select our Private Packages packages and not our promo packages
- We are not liable for any incidents in the studio due to parents neglect of paying attention to baby/kids
- The client acknowledges that all photos taken by the photographer is the property of the photographer both private and not non private and should only be used on their end as memories for themselves or in the case of a child photoshoot for their children’s memory. Photos should not be used for any commercial, marketing/promotional use or competition without the photographer’s consent. The client cannot give any consent to any business including any third-party individual, company or organization who wishes to use our content. This consent can only be given by the photographer.
- The client is aware that by signing our contract, for promotional packages some of the photos will be used for marketing purpose
- The client should ensure to cancel any photo-shoot session at least 2 days before the scheduled date. If full payment was made only the amount minus the 50% non-refundable deposit will be returned.
- All edits are final base on our style of editing unless there is an error for example object on floor missed etc. All other edits will incur a charge for example, changing of body shape
